Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Architectural disciplines were required for this project to provide commissioning services for design, construction, and initial occupancy phases of the Battalion Headquarters Complex at Fort Campbell, KY. The Fort Campbell Battalion Headquarters Complex is a $54.5M, 231,301 sf facility consisting of standard design facilities for a Battalion Headquarters Complex. Primary facilities include a Barracks (110,876 sf), Battalion Headquarters with classrooms (16,000 sf), and Company Operations Facilities (87,529 sf) with Covered Hardstand (16,896 sf). The project is required to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver and obtain LEED points for EA credit 3, Enhanced Commissioning. Suhail provided a commissioning team to lead, oversee, and review the energy system commissioning process through design and construction of the project.
